as a recap of what happened yesterday first...i saw this guy yesterday and i told angge about him... we saw him before the class of Ms. Montañez in broad journ along the lobby of AB bldg... anyway, what could be so speial about this guy... i mean i had a crush on him since i was a sophomore...just a crush and nothing more than that!
i met him in the UST gym and i knew him for quite some time...he's a member of Yellow Jackets and i'm not sure if he still a member now...i forgot his name...(sorry) well, wat does he look like-----for me, he look like Wentworth Miller (my ultimate crush) hahahaha... but this guy is different i mean i think he's a simple guy... he's cute din... maybe we could be friends some time...i'm not sure when is that..i'm not also sure if it's possible...maybe...i guess...
well, we'll just then see! fate is always there...i'm still waiting for that special someone...i'm happy with my life naman kasi i have a family and friends who loves me so much and u know vice versa..i always think that i have so much to be proud of myself!!!

anyhow...this afternoon i went to Forever flawless in cubao and have my facial cleansing with vacuum laser session... i do it monthly coz my pimples are getting wilder and wilder if i didn't have it...pramizzz!! i remember i started having a pimples when i was in the 6th grade in elementary...bata pa lang ako prone na ako sa tigyawat! OMG! i don't why...maybe even before when i was a kid, burdens seems so much for me...hahahaha...sometimes i feel like giving up...sometimes stress ako masyado..but you know life is a drama!!! naniniwala kasi ako na pag bata ka pa lang tapos you've been through a lot of pain and sorrow pag tanda mo you have less load in life na lang, sabi ng lola ko yan...hahahaha... i think it's true..
well,before i end my blog i can't forget this band in Fairmart mall in Farmers Cubao... when i was in the escalator i heard this song title "Alone"... somebody is singing it live and because i love that song, i'm a music lover, in short i was curious who is that!! i went to the food court and saw this band... OMG! My question is, are they the Aegies band? i looked them closely and recognize that they were not Aegies... but they were great! i mean sounds like Agies physically,the voice sounds, the style, the vocal...everything!!! i said may kakambal ba ang Aegies??? wondering... ang daming nanunuod sa kanila kahit hindi naman kumakain yung iba...nangakatayo pa.. concert ba ito??? hahahahaha...they were the reason why i have to eat there so i can watched them closely...after that song, they hit another soft-rock song by Roxette i think... title "Listen to your Heart"-- i was amazed by their voice!!! kulang na lang umakyat ako sa center stage and join them.yeah..jamming with them!!! na-LSS ako dun...hahahaha... pero i wouldn't such thing naman unless due to urgency... hahahahaha...

i noticed myself in the mirror that i'm kinda getting fat...
i jog for about an hour this morning...maybe if i could do it everyday i will lose weight... i think i can manage to do that since my schedule right now is not that hectic but i always keep my priorities straight of course---study.
i do like 50 push ups and some 100-200sit ups this morning...i can't sleep right now parang nabanat ang katawan ko, nabigla siguro coz of the push ups and sit ups...hahahaha... esang alak-san lang yan sabi ni Manny Pacquiao para sa saket ng katawan....hahahaha..
i want my arms, legs and thighs become firmer...my stomach are gettin firmer...dang...its hell'a hard... it so nakakamega pagod nohhh....i just shared my secret to my classmates why i have a firm stomach. what i do everyday is to have at least--i mean at least--- 20 sit ups in the morning. the moment you wake up after you pray to thank the Lord for another day, try to do some stretching then do some sit ups... It's proven effective!!! pramizzzz!!! my friends have been telling me that they can do 30 sit ups na sa ngayon and lumiliit daw---ow!!! saka nag-kakaroon sila ng curves.. I said wow!! congrats... mahirap talaga syang ma-achieve sa una pero you have to practice lang...hindi lang constant practice dapat tama din ang ginagawa mo to avoid injury...ok!!!

After 4 days of my on the-job-training at the CMFR, I think I deserve to have a break naman kahit papano. Just like what Boy Abunda says to Kris Aquino in one commercial, "Enough na, we're supposed to be relaxing!"
I think everyone deserves to relax for a while, coz for me that's the only gift I can give to myself...to relax and to sleep...to party all night long... to dance and to sing all through out the day...wheeeuuuww!!! It's kinda crazy but it is really my way of pampering myself..I'm kind'a have a super-crazy-and unexplainable personality, you know!!! in short I'm kind'a autistic... kidding!!!
I turned on the radio this morning do some stretching ang jogging and my favorite workout -- dancing!!!! I think I lose 10 lbs. ngayon lang... feel ko lang naman eh.. and nag-burned ako ng maraming fats cguro!!!
I really miss dancing as well as singing too. I miss my high school days with my friends and classmates and even my first and second year in college when I still do have my PE classes... I miss how I impersonate all my teachers and professors while the whole class is watching and laughning coz I can exactly look like them...I miss how my classmates see me as the ice-breaker, the clown and the joker of the class (not Joker Arroyo) coz I usually crack jokes in the middle of class discussion (also whenever they have problems too) where in my professor got interrupted and laugh too... I do love entertainment!! I want the world to be happy...sha-la-la-la!!!

Unfortunately…I was lost during my journey after alighted at the MRT Buendia station.
… I chose to ride in a cab so I can make it on time but honestly the taxi driver didn’t know the Salcedo Village Makati City and didn’t even tell me the truth that he didn’t’ know it…
so we keep on turning around and around of Makati Avenue and didn’t even ask anybody around to know where is the location of CMFR…Then finally I saw the Ateneo Professional building and I said that I am on the right track. I pay 130php for many reasons like traffic is congested and I supposed to be angry but I don’t want to add many wrinkles from my face so I decided to smile and be happy on that time.
OH YES!!! I am late…
I CAME LATE. I AM 20 MINUTES LATE, I saw Mahal and Karen inside as I opened the door and then Mr. Bryan approached me as I entered the office. Luckily the orientation hasn’t yet been started and hasn’t yet been through.

I am not the only one who came late. Delfin and Jenny also came late, three other colleagues/co interns from UPD (two guys and one girl). Wheeeuww!!! That saves my day!!
A warm welcome from the entire employee and the Director of CMFR arrived on screen, aside from the fact that two of the staff came from UST. Another thing is that, they told us that this year or batch (surprised them) they had a numerous applicants for internship from UST and they even had to have rebuff applicants because they can’t accommodate too many interns. They were glad that students from UST got interested in the investigative journalism and make our internship with them.
Then after the initial briefing and introduction, we are divided into different news beats. I and Mahal were assigned in the News/Press Alerts with Sir Bimbo. A bit discussion and interview with our assignments and with our two Tatyana (UPD) and Kath (St. Scholastic College). Sir Bimbo came from UST and he was a former Varsitarian writer.
We will start to have our internship after Holy week that is Apr.9.
Hopefully we are ready and prepared for a long and winding road ahead.

kanina kasi ang Inay Lucing A.K.A “Jacquet” ay nagpapaalam na! She/He is transferring to Batangas for good. Kung para sa ikaliligaya nya at ikatatahinik ng sugo niya, Sige why not diba!!!
We ate again at Mc Donalds (but in Lacson branch instead at the Car Park) ….No chairs, No space for new message nung una pero we still got the chance to eat there because we wait and because we were all hungry, No choice… McDonalds na lang tayo guys!!!!
Reminiscing moments together, since first year, first impression at first moments together while picture taking and sharing inner thoughts, point of view and laughing as always (Corny and sweet jokes…EVar!!!!)
We went to library..I have no I.D. yet I still got inside the lib thanks Angge at Jacquet sa ating racket na muuna muna kayo, at babalikan ako ni Jacquet dala na ang I.D. ni Angge…pwede ko nag i-swipe at pwede na akong makapasok!!! Galing nman natin!! Hala!!! Pag-nahuli tayo, Patay!!!!
Joanne is going to transfer to another dormitory along Asturias…Angge still get to travel everyday from Meycauyan Bulacan all the way to USTE next year, the same with me all the way from Kamuning Q.C. and Papa Gian all the way from Del Monte Q.C.!!! No more Jacquet she/he is coming somewhere P. Noval, Dapitan, Espaňa, even Lacson… Hope Raquela Berakiki will still be Chantal Kreviazuk, Bjork, , Shakira, Zanjoe, Michelle Branch, Mariah Mena, Alanis Morisete, Avril Laigne, Sage, Kelly Clarkson, Sage, Justin (Full House) , Selena, Esguerra, etc… (And dami kasi eh…. Wag na lang ok!!!) Next year ko na itutuloy!!!

A brain hemorrhage is a type of stroke that cause you to copy and cheat sometimes.
It occurs when "bleeding" (TAKE NOTE : nO bLOOd pls...) occurs into the brain skills and knowledge----
It can occur
Inside the brain means you cannot answer anymore and your brain is drained;
Between the brain and the membranes that cover it your only choice is to copy and ask the answer to your seatmate or friends near you
Between the layers of the brain's covering It also happens when you don't review and focus much of the subject
Between the skull and the covering of the brain When you are so excited thinking of party after the exams and not focusing
Your brain cells doesent function that much .....
Signs of bleeding inside the skull tend to come on rapidly and include:
- A sudden headache---(you can no longer remember what you have just read! Anu kasi yun???
- Steadily increasing neurologic losses such as weakness, inability to move, numbness, loss of speech or vision and confusion (Shocks...di ko alam to di ko kasi binasa tong part na ito!!!)
- Nausea and vomiting of questions to your seatmates and friends near you!!! (Number 1 Part II!!! pls..)))
- Seizures ( kakalabitin or sisipain yung upuan ng ka-kopyahan sa harap mo! number 4 sa Identification)))
- Loss of consciousness (tatayming ka pag di nakharap yung Proctor!!!!)
These include:
- Head injuries. For people under the age of 50, this is the most common cause of bleeding inside the skull.
- Abnormalities in blood vessels in and around the brain. These may be present from birth. They are only found if symptoms develop.
- Aneurysm. This is a weakening in a blood vessel wall that swells. It can burst and bleed into the brain leading to a stroke.
- High blood pressure. High blood pressure over a long time can weaken blood vessel walls.
- Amyloid angiopathy: This is an abnormality in the blood vessel walls. It occurs more often as we age. It may cause many small, unnoticed bleeds before causing a large one.
Doctors hearing the symptoms a patient has may strongly suspect bleeding inside the skull.
This may be confirmed using a computed tomography (CT) scan of the brain. If not, a spinal tap can be used to confirm or rule out subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding between the layers of the covering of the brain). A spinal tap may also be needed if infection is suspected. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT angiogram and/or contrast angiography may be needed to complete the diagnosis and help doctors to decide on the proper treatment.
Treatment for bleeding inside the skull varies, depending on what caused it, where it is and how large it is.
Treatment may include:
- Diagnostic radiology (Review and read ahead before taking the exams...)
- Interventional radiology (of course Divine Intervention....)
- Microsurgical techniques can be used to treat abnormal or leaky vessels (If you don't know the answer leave it blank and when you got a chance to ask your seatmate ask it as soon as possible!!!!)

We were selected 80 down to 40 and I don’t know what else and who else got in… I didn’t make it!!! I was there… I mean that was close and the stupid thing is that they always placed me at the back or at the second line while we were dancing the pinoy ako… But the funny thing is that I’m wearing my stiletto shoes, a long yet rocky skirt and razor back yet still I can groove and take to the dance floor. ewwww!!! But I admitted that I was one of those who are not tall at all…
For me it was a great experience though it’s a bit unfair because as what I saw in the last minute that I’ stay in there, there are some selected teens where not really or should I say pinoy. They’re some kind’a foreigner chuva stuff or something…
I know that there’s gotta be more to life and there are still many doors and windows that will open for me at the right time and the right place….
